Tree Climber

Lynch Landscape & Tree Service, Inc. provides tree and landscaping services in the Boston and MetroWest area. We have been in business since 1980 and are looking to hire another tree climber.

Depending on the position, responsibilities will include:

Tree climbing
Pruning
Tree removal
Cabling
Operation of specific equipment

Ideal candidates will have, but not required:

Drivers license (CDL, etc if applicable)
2+ experience
Certifications (MAA, MCA, ISA, etc)
Minimum of 3 years climbing experience
Excellent work history and great customer service skills

Lawn Fertilization Technician

Lynch Plant Healthcare, a division of Landscape & Tree Service, Inc., is looking to hire a Lawn Fertilization Technician to help lead the Lawn Fertilization Department through sales and fertilizer application. Responsibilities include: estimating, customer follow-up, application of fertilizer(s), enhancing the current six-step program and working with the Plant Healthcare team to identify other opportunities and/or issues on customers' properties.

Knowledge and experience in the following subjects are required:

Aerating
Turf Grass
Soils
Establishment
Fertilization
Mowing
Irrigation
Weeds
Insects
Diseases
Pesticides
Customer relations
Must be experienced in diagnosing, identifying and treating turf issues and applying liquid and granular / liquid applications.
Candidates must have a current MA Applicators License
Candidates must have a MA drivers license and clean driving record.

During hurricane Irene I called Lynch because a tree was beginning to fall onto the neighbor's garage. They came out and removed 3 trees. They called me back and came to see the tree the day I called (Sunday). They gave a fair price and were out the next day cleaning up when other people I called began to call be back.
They were quick and efficient and flexible. We found another tree starting to uproot - they gave me a quote on the spot and took that tree too. I would definitely use them again.
