Built into a dramatic natural ledge, this property came with a bold design challenge: a 15-foot elevation drop between the home’s upper patio and the pool deck below. Rather than tame the terrain, we transformed it into a defining feature—shaping a series of distinct yet seamlessly connected outdoor rooms that feel at once grand and inviting.

The upper patio, just off the main level, acts as an elegant open-air lounge anchored by a sculptural Solo Stove—perfect for sipping cocktails at sunset or lingering with friends long after the stars appear. Below, the bluestone pool terrace unfolds like a private resort. Framed by the ledge and just steps from the outdoor kitchen, it’s a setting designed for languid summer afternoons, impromptu al fresco lunches, and rejuvenating dips in the water.

Lush, naturalized plantings soften the stone and celebrate the site’s raw beauty, creating layered perspectives from every angle.
